摘 要: | 静电纺丝法是制备纳米纤维最重要的途径之一.近年来国内开始了对多喷头静电纺丝性能的研究,但对其电场理论的研究却很少.本文拟以ANSYS有限元分析软件分析双喷头系统两喷丝管的局部电场,以便研究双喷头系统的纺丝过程及其不稳定性,为静电纺丝多喷头的设计及其产业化的应用提供理论依据.1实验1.1材料与仪器试剂:聚氨酯(PU,韩国采购,化学纯),丙酮(中国上海试剂总厂,分析纯),DMAc(上海凌峰化学试剂有限公司,分析纯).

Experiment and Modeling of 2-nozzle Electrospinning System |

Abstract: | The impact of the spacing of two nozzles on the maximum electric field strength at the tip of the nozzles in 2-nozzle arrangement was investigated via finite element method(FEM),and the results were compared with single-nozzle system.It can be seen that the maximum electric field of 2-nozzle arrangement has been significantly weakened due to the influence of another needle in the arrangement,and the field varied very little as a function of needle spacing for the range used in this study.Experimental results showed that the 2-nozzle electrospinning head performed much better than single-nozzle system,and the spacing of two nozzles had some relationship with the diameter and discrete distribution of the spun fiber. |
