轴向柱塞泵滑靴副润滑膜的测量方法比较

摘    要:比较了国内外轴向柱塞泵滑靴副润滑膜测量方法,并且根据位移传感器的安装位置对滑靴副润滑膜测量方法进行了分类。作者选择了一种方法,搭建了轴向柱塞泵的滑靴副润滑特性试验台,此试验台可以进行高压高转速大流量泵的滑靴油膜厚度测量研究,可以进行各种模拟工况下的滑靴副的润滑特性的实验研究。

Abstract:The domestic and foreign measurements of lubricating film of the slipper- pair in axial piston pumps were compared, and they were classified by where the displacement transducer can be installed. One measurement was chosen to design and set up the test rig for lubricating properties of the slipper - pairs in axial piston pumps. It is shown that this rig can measure and study the lubrica- ting film height of the slipper - pairs in high - pressure, high - speed or large volume flow pumps, and can do the experimental research on lubricating properties of the slipper - pairs under various simulated working conditions.
