加速发展核电——中国能源结构调整的必由之路

论述了中国能源的发展战略和核电的重要地位。虽然不是新命题,但本文采用了界限分析等新概念,得出了更有说服力的结论:2035年左右核电在中国电力结构中的容量比率最少应达18%,核电必须加速发展。分析了发达国家高速发展核电的成功经验和近几年来中国火电飞速发展,指出在中国加速发展核电的时机已经成熟。只要统一认识,科学规划,重视核电的自主化、国产化以及必要的体制改革,实现本文所预期的目标不仅非常必要,而且一定可能。

Accelerating Development of Nuclear Power Industry is a Must for Adjustment of Energy Sources Structure of China

The strategy of developing energy sources and the importance of nuclear power in China arediscussed. Although these are not new topics, this paper adopts new concepts and techniques such as limitanalysis, resulting in some convincing conclusions. By about 2035, at least 18% capacity of the electric powerin China should be nuclear, meaning that the development of nuclear power must be accelerated. The success-ful experiences of rapid development of nuclear power in many countries in the world are analyzed, based onthe fact that China has been developing conventional power rapidly in recent years, it is pointed out that theconditions are mature to accelerate the development of nuclear power in China. As long as we unify ourviewpoints, plan scientifically, emphasize self-reliance and nuclear power development locally, and reformthe organization system of nuclear power, the goals mentioned in this paper are not only extremely necessary,but also achievable.
