摘    要:本研究面向基于无限平板荧光扩散解析模型的时域扩散荧光层析成像的反演问题,提出了一种基于多级小波域变换的图像重建方法。与基于全空间域离散像点的传统重建算法不同,采用小波函数对未知参量的空间域进行多尺度分解,通过逐级细化分解尺度来减少重建的未知参量个数,从而有效地改善重建过程的病态性,提高图像的量化度和空间分辨率。仿体实验验证中采用了基于时间相关单光子技术的非接触模式时域测量系统和两个双目标体平板仿体。实验结果证明了所提的图像重建方法可以有效地改善荧光参数重建图像的空间分辨率,而且相较于传统算法其重建图像量化度有着显著地提高。

Abstract:A multi-level scheme for time-domain diffuse fluorescence tomography in transmission mode of a slab turbid geometry has been proposed based on discrete wavelet transform, to reach different resolution levels of wavelet domain decomposition and in some degree to reduce the number of unknown parameters at coarse resolution levels and alleviate the ill- posedness of inverse problem. Time-resolved data for experimental validation of the proposed scheme is based on non-contact mode for time-correlated single-photon-counting system. Compared with the traditional algorithm based on the full-spatial domain voxel, experimental results demonstrate that this method could efficiently improve the reconstruction quality and spatial resolution of the reconstructed image, and the quantitativeness is also significantly increased.
