摘    要:针对流量测量精度要求相对较低,且因工程改造中资金困难情况,或者管道设施无法满足流量仪器的基本要求情况下,提出了流量巡测法与有功功率换算法(Q-N法),实践与理论分析表明它们是有效可行的。

Abstract:Aiming at the basic conditions as relative low precision of flow measurement, the financial difficulty in engineering reconstruction or the pipeline facilities being not able to meet the basic requirement of flow equipment, the tour flow gauging method and active power scaling method (Q-N method) is lodged, and is proved to be feasible and available by practice and theoretical analysis.
