摘    要:变频调速以其克服传统风门节流损失的显著节电效果,优异的调速、起制动性能和对功率因数的改善,被广泛的应用在了锅炉风机设备中。本文主要阐述了变频调速技术在工业锅炉鼓风机中的应用,详细介绍了鼓风机的改造方案,以及改造后所取得的节能效果、经济价值。通过详实的对比分析证明:变频技术在工业锅炉中应用节能潜力大、经济价值高,很值得推广。

Abstract:With its excellence of speed control and start-stop function,high efficiency, high power factor and effects of power saving,frequency control technique has been widely used for draught fan equipment.This article is mainly about a proposal for improving air blower and the subsequent effects of energy conservation and economic value.It has been proved that the application of frequency conversion technique in industrial boiler is propagable and that it has high potential and economic value.
