基于涡流分布系数法的发电机定子温度场计算

摘    要:根据电磁场理论推导了定子上、下层绕组属于同相槽时,槽内各根股线的电阻增大系数表达式,由此计算了各根股线内涡流损耗值,并将该值代人三维稳态温度场方程,采用六面体八节点等参单元对三维温度场方程进行了离散,以一台大型水轮发电机为例进行了计算,并与实测结果进行了对比,计算精度满足工程需要,最后分析了涡流损耗的不同分布对定子绕组及铁心温度场的影响,给出了相应的定子温度场图和铁心温度沿径向高度的分布曲线,为进一步完善大型水轮发电机的设计和提高其安全运行的可靠性提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The expression of resistance enhancement coefficient of each strand is presented following the electromagnetic field theory with top and bottom layer windings in a stator slot in the same phase. Thus the eddy loss of each strand is calculated, and subsequently substituted into a 3D static status temperature field equation. The 3D Isoparametic Finite Element Method of hexahedron and eight nodes is utilitied to discrete the equation and the stator temperature field of a salient pole hydro generator is computed. The results are compared with tested values and the precision meets with the needs in engineering. Finally, the effect of different eddy loss distributions on stator windings and iron core temperature fields is analyzed, and the corresponding stator temperature field pattern and the distribution curve of temperature are presented.
