| 摘 要： | 中间辊轴向移动力是CR轧机中间辊在线调节的重要力能参数,本文将工作辊与中间辊的接触看成是两个相互作用的圆柱体的接触,利用预位移-滑动摩擦理论分析了工作辊对中间辊的轴向移动力,推导出了CR轧机工作辊对中间辊轴向移动力的数学表达式。

| Abstract: | The axial moving force of IMR(Inter Media Roller) is an important parameter for CR mill in adjusting IMR on-line.In this article the contact between the working roller and IMR is respected as the touch between two interactive cylinders.The preparatory displacement principle is used to analyze the axial moving force of the working roller with respect to the IMR on CR mill,and a mathematical expression/formula is derived for the calculation of the force. |
