| 摘 要： | 研究了用KF-Al2O3为催化剂，由对甲氧基苯甲醛和乙酸-2-乙基己酯发生Claisen-Schmidt缩合反应，得到高收率的缩合产物，且为反式结构，并考虑了诸因素对产率的影响，找出最佳反应条件。

| Abstract: | Condensation of 4-methoxybenzaldehyde and 2-ethylhexyl ethanoate was carried out smoothly in the presence of potassium fluoride on alumina, giving only the E isomer in high yield. The optimum conditions were determined. |
