摘    要:根据Dinger-Funk方程,计算混凝土砂石材料的最紧密堆积理论级配,调整颗粒分布系数.混合现有不同级配的砂石,计算混合后砂石级配在不同情况下与理论级配的相关性,选取相关性较大的几组级配进行试验,对比混凝土流动性、强度.结果表明:碎石的紧密堆积有利于混凝土流动性,对混凝土强度影响不大;砂紧密堆积时无法满足混凝土和易性...

Abstract:According to the Dinger-Funk equation,the tightest packing theoretical gradation of concrete aggregate material is calculated,and the particle distribution coefficient is adjusted.The existing sand and gravel with different gradation are mixed,and the correlation between sand and gravel gradation and theoretical gradation is calculated under different conditions.Several groups of gradations with high correlation are selected to test and the fluidity and strength of concrete are compared.The results show that:the tight packing of gravel is beneficial to the concrete fluidity,but has little effect on the concrete strength;when the sand is tightly packing,it cannot meet the requirements of concrete workability,so it is necessary to change the sand gradation or adjust the slurry consistency by ultra-fine sand.
