摘    要:针对高空大跨度混凝土连廊施工,设计了一种用于连廊混凝土浇筑及底部幕墙施工的钢平台。为提高整个平台支撑体系的安全性和稳定性,设置了预埋钢牛腿板并利用Midas有限元软件对支撑体系进行模拟,同时结合大荷载水袋预压等措施对支撑体系稳定性进行监测,并与模拟数据进行对比分析。经实践检验,该平台施工快速、安全、高效,可有效解决高空大跨度混凝土连廊施工中的技术难题。

Abstract:For the construction of high-altitude and large span concrete corridor,a steel platform for concrete pouring and bottom curtain wall construction of corridor was designed.In order to improve the safety and stability of the whole platform support system,the embedded steel corbel plate was set up,and the support system was simulated by Midas finite element software.At the same time,the stability of the support system was monitored combined with the measures of large load water bag preloading,and the simulation data were compared and analyzed.The practice shows that the construction of the platform is fast,safe and efficient,which can effectively solve the technical problems in the construction of high-altitude and large span concrete corridor.
