Abstract:In order to replace the traditional reinforced concrete shear wall,achieve good seismic performance and satisfy design provisions without significant increase in wall thickness for more usable floor area,steel plate and concrete composite shear walls are designed and applied to the high-rise buildings located in regions of the 9 th degree seismic fortification level.According to the plastic design method proposed by LEELATAVIWAT,etc.,and combined with the corresponding internal force adjustment measures,the plastic design method of composite shear wall structure based on energy balance is sorted out and deduced.Twelve composite shear walls located in a region of the 9 th seismic fortification level are designed using the proposed plastic design method.The Pushover analysis and seismic performance of twelve examples are studied by using ABAQUS finite element software.At the same time,the static Pushover curves,overall yield of the structure,internal force of wall limb,shear force of coupling beam and coupling ratio are analyzed.Analysis results indicate that the theoretical methods can predict and achieve the expected coupling ratios of the twelve composite walls.The proposed plastic design method can better achieve the performance goal of the"dual seismic resistance"mechanism of steel plate and concrete composite shear wall structures.
