摘    要:热塑性离子性膜材在夹层玻璃中的应用十分普遍,因其具有良好的黏接性能,已有工程实践将其应用于玻璃结构黏接连接中。为了研究以玻璃和不锈钢为基材、以离子性膜材为黏接材料的连接节点的剪切性能,进行了6个试件的剪切试验,考虑了2种不锈钢表面处理方式对黏接性能的影响,并得到了试件的荷载-位移曲线。采用图解法确定了连接在剪切作用下的屈服点,得到了屈服时对应的胶片应力。通过微元分析得到了胶片应力分布的计算方法,并通过有限元分析验证了该计算方法的准确性。在此基础上分析了胶片厚度及黏接长度对应力分布的影响,结果表明,胶片厚度对应力分布的影响不显著,但黏接长度的增加会提高应力分布的不均匀程度。验证了现有损伤准则的适用性。提出了该连接的受剪承载力简化计算方法,并通过与试验及有限元结果对比验证了其准确性。

Abstract:The thermoplastic ionomeric film is widely used in laminated glass. Because of its good bonding performance, it has been employed in the adhesive connection of glass structures in engineering practice. In order to investigate the shear performance of the connection between glass and stainless steel bonded by the ionomeric film, the shear tests were carried out on six specimens. The influence of two types of stainless steel surface treatments on the connection was considered. The load-displacement curves of the specimens were obtained. Using graphical method, the yield point of the connection under shear was determined, at which the yield stress of the film was obtained. A method for calculating the stress distribution of the adhesive layer was obtained through differential analysis. The accuracy of the method was verified by using finite element analysis. Subsequently, the influences of film thickness and bonding length on the stress distribution were analyzed. The results show that the film thickness has no significant effect on the stress distribution, but the increase of the bonding length will increase the degree of non-uniform stress distribution. The applicability of the existing failure criteria was verified. A simplified calculation method for the shear resistance of the connection was proposed. Its accuracy was verified by both the experimental results and finite element results.
