Construction Technology of Unit Type Ceramic Sheet-glass Composite Plate Interior Wall in Rail Transit Station

There are some problems such as low construction efficiency and large amount of dust when the component installation method is adopted for the wall enamel plate of existing rail transit station.In the decoration project of Guangzhou rail transit line 14 station,ceramic sheet-glass composite plate was used to replace enamel plate,and the concealed fire door,distribution box door,cleaning hydrant box door and other equipment boxes were integrated into the unit plate.The internal plate installation of each independent unit component and the joint sealing between the plates were completed in the factory,which could be directly hung on site.Practice has proved that the application of new construction technology of unit type ceramic sheet-glass composite plate interior wall in the rail transit station has greatly improved the level of fabricated decoration and green construction of the rail transit station.
