摘    要:对地下连续墙以及钻孔灌注桩中的钢筋翻样问题进行研究,提出一种钢筋翻样系统.首先运用系统内置规则进行快速翻样,分析接头位置以及断料情况;其次进行下料优化以及下料接长,并输出报表,指导现场人员进行操作.应用该系统,形成对项目钢筋加工现场的信息化、参数化、可视化管理,降低工程中的风险,提高工作效率,并降低原材料成本.

Abstract:The problem of rebar resample in underground diaphragm walls and bored piles is studied,and a rebar resample system is proposed.First,use the built-in rules of the system to carry out a quick resample,analyze the joint position and the material interruption;secondly,to carry out the blanking optimization and blanking extension,and output the reports to guide the on-site personnel to operate.The application of this system can form the informatization,parameterization,and visualization management of the project's rebar processing site,reduce project risks,improve work efficiency,and reduce raw material costs.
