框架式幕墙龙骨单元装配式施工技术的应用

随着工程现代化施工进度的加快,作为工程“外衣”的幕墙施工成为制约整个工程建设总工期的关键节点,但传统的框架式幕墙骨架安装体系效率较低,往往较难满足工期要求。通过改进框架式幕墙龙骨连接节点设计,结合单元体幕墙现场直接吊装施工的方法,使框架式幕墙龙骨实现单元装配式组装、龙骨分层分单元整体吊装。该技术前期突破了吊篮施工措施的制约,加快了施工进度,后期只用吊篮安装面层及收尾即可,解决了传统框架式幕墙骨架安装耗时长的难题,切实提高了框架式幕墙的施工工效,缩短了施工工期。

Application of Fabricated Construction Technology of Frame Type Curtain Wall Keel Unit

With the acceleration of modern construction progress,the curtain wall construction as the project"coat"has become the key node restricting the total construction period of the whole project.However,the efficiency of traditional frame type curtain wall framework installation system is low,and it is usually difficult to meet the requirements of construction period.By improving the design of frame type curtain wall keel connection node,combined with the method of direct hoisting construction of unit curtain wall,the frame type curtain wall keel can be assembled by units,and the keel can be hoisted in layers and units.In the early stage,the technology breaks through the restriction of the construction measures of the hanging basket and can accelerate the construction progress.In the later stage,only the hanging basket is used to install the surface layer and perform accomplishment,which solves the problem that the traditional frame type curtain wall framework installation takes a long time,effectively improves the construction efficiency of the frame type curtain wall,and shortens the construction period.
