压型钢板组合楼板在低净空复杂管道架空层中的应用

摘    要:结合工程实例,介绍了压型钢板组合楼板(地垄墙+压型钢板+现浇楼板)在低净空复杂管道架空层中的应用,并总结了地垄墙施工、压型钢板安装、洞口补强、钢板收边等操作要点。实践证明,该压型钢板组合楼板整体强度高,耐久性较好,有效保护了内部复杂管道成品免受损坏,可为国内其他类似工程施工提供参考。

Abstract:Combined with the engineering example,the paper introduces the application of profiled steel plate composite floor(ridge wall+profiled steel plate+cast-in-place floor)in the low clearance complex pipeline overhead floor,and summarizes the operation points of ridge wall construction,profiled steel plate installation,hole reinforcement,steel plate edging,etc.Practice has proved that the profiled steel plate composite floor has high overall strength and good durability,which can effectively protect the internal complex pipeline products from damage,and can provide reference for other similar engineering construction in China.
