摘    要:精确掌握材料高温下的性能参数,对结构抗火设计的准确性具有十分重要的意义.以S30408奥氏体不锈钢为研究对象,在现有S30408不锈钢高温材料性能试验的基础上,研究发现S30408不锈钢在同种条件下,相比碳钢具有较低的升温速率,且S30408不锈钢在600℃时仍能保持50%以上的强度与刚度.但不锈钢具有更大的热膨胀率,...

Abstract:In structural fire resistance design,the material propertie at elevated temperature is important for accurate evaluations.In this paper,S30408austenitic stainless steel is analyzed.It can be found that S30408stainless steel has lower heating rate than carbon steel under the same condition,based on a large number of material tests at elevated temperatures.Also,S30408stainless steel can remain over 50%of strength and stiffness at 600℃.But the stainless steel has a higher thermal expansion rate,and thus high temperature has a larger threat to structural stability.Secondly,the constitutive models of stainless steel at room temperature and elevated temperature proposed by domestic and foreign scholars are compared.According to the variation of performance parameters of S30408stainless steel at high temperature,the recommended value given by European specification is relatively unsafe.Rasmussen model is suitable for stainless steel architectural design,but Chen and Young model is suitable for fire simulation of stainless steel component.
