| 摘 要： | 某城市中心区特大多跨径高架桥梁的预制箱梁规格多、数量大,但可选择的预制梁场容积小且工期紧张.基于此,通过采用混合叠用台座、梁体钢筋台座外制作安装、陈列式间隙型混凝土养护等施工技术,高效快速地完成了箱梁的预制工作,为类似城市多跨径桥梁的预制箱梁施工起到了示范作用.

| Abstract: | There are a large number of specifications and amount of precast box girders for the super large multi span viaducts in a city center,however,the available precast girder prefabrication yard volume is small and the construction period is tight.Based on this,the prefabrication of the box girder was completed efficiently and quickly by using the construction technologies such as hybrid and stacked pedestal,outside fabrication and installation of the steel bar pedestal for the girder,and the display-type intermittent concrete curing,which plays a demonstration role for the construction of the precast box girder of similar urban multi span bridges. |
