装配整体式混凝土结构施工技术在大型商办综合体中的应用

以某大型公共商办综合体项目为案例,通过工程特点与难点分析,介绍了施工部署和预制装配整体式框架结构施工技术的应用。着重对原设计方案的缺点进行了分析,并对预制构件进行了深化设计,从而保证了吊装施工质量,加快了吊装施工进度。对预制装配整体式混凝土结构的施工技术进行了总结,以期为今后类似的工程施工起到一定的借鉴作用。

Application of Construction Technology of Prefabricated Integral Concrete Structure in Large Commerce and Office Complex

Taking a large public commerce and office complex project as an example,through the analysis of engineering characteristics and difficulties,this paper introduces the construction deployment and the application of prefabricated integral frame structure construction technology.This paper focuses on the analysis of the shortcomings of the original design scheme,and the in-depth design of prefabricated components,so as to ensure the hoisting construction quality and accelerate the hoisting construction progress.This paper summarizes the construction technology of prefabricated integral concrete structure,in order to play a certain reference effect for similar engineering construction in the future.
