基于机器视觉的总段对接方法

摘    要:针对总段对接过程中的定位问题,设计一种视觉定位装置,分析像素坐标与靶标的转换关系,通过机器视觉方法实现对接面关键点的偏差测量。基于该视觉定位装置设计一套视觉定位系统算法,能够结合多套视觉定位装置的结果,给出总段调整指令,为总段的精准自动化智能对接提供保障。测试实验结果表明该方法有较好的性能,满足工程使用需求。

Abstract:Aiming at the positioning problem in the block erecting process, a visual positioning device was designed. The conversion relationship between pixel coordinates and target was analyzed , and then the deviation of key points on the erecting surface was measured through machine vision method. Based on the visual positioning device, a set of visual positioning system algorithm was designed, which can combine the results of multiple visual positioning devices and give the adjustment instructions of the block, providing guarantee for the accurate automatic intelligent erecting of the block. The test results show that the method has good performance and meets the project requirements.
