摘    要:某工程深水拖曳水池是一个长398.7 m、宽18.0 m、深10.3 m的半埋式水池,具有大体量、变截面、高精度的特征,施工难度大。针对项目难、特点,研制出一种新型模架装备并应用于工程施工中。采取水池底板先行浇筑混凝土,池壁长度方向分段浇筑混凝土的方法,形成了一套超长墙体高精度模架装备施工工艺,应用效果良好,较好地解决了施工难点。

Abstract:The deep-water towing tank of a project is a semi buried tank with 398.7 m in length,18.0 m in width and 10.3 m in depth.It has the characteristics of large volume,variable cross-section and high precision,so it is difficult to construct.In view of the difficulty and characteristics of the project,a new type of formwork equipment was developed and applied in the engineering construction.A set of high precision formwork equipment construction technology for super long wall was formed by pouring concrete in the bottom plate of the pool first and pouring concrete in sections along the length direction of the pool wall.The application effect is good and the construction difficulties are well solved.
