Design and Manufacture of Inflatable Plastic Film Curing Shed and Analysis of its Application Effect

One of the important methods to reduce the production cost of precast components is to shorten the demoulding cycle of precast components,which can be achieved by increasing and maintaining the curing temperature of precast components and so on.The development process and application effect of inflatable plastic film curing shed are introduced.The comparative analysis of the temperature inside and outside the curing shed and the strength of precast components under the curing shed and steam curing conditions indicate that,using inflatable plastic film curing shed to maintain precast components,the curing environment temperature of precast components can be effectively improved,the energy consumption is reduced,and the production efficiency is improved,which conforms to the production concept of green environmental protection and has good social and economic benefits.
