Practical Application of Sustainable Development Planning of Industrial New Town

Taking the industrial new town planning of Tonghu University Innovation Park in Huizhou as a research case,the international development process and domestic status of the industrial new town are reviewed.According to the current situation,the form of industry and city integration and the regional linkage development is analyzed,the regional comprehensive industrial system is constructed,and the spatial elastic planning with the characteristics of local"industryuniversity-research institute"is highlighted.According to the different development stages of the enterprises,the industrial space is designed,and the planning and design are carried out on the basis of protecting the integrity of the local ecosystem.On this basis,the relevant strategies to realize the green development mode in the construction of industrial new town are further puts forward,and the development suggestions are proposed for the development of high-quality industrial new town.
