钻孔灌注桩施工过程中的浮笼原因与预防对策

为保证现场桩基工程中的钢筋笼施工质量,结合上海市闵行区某住宅建筑桩基施工的应用案例,从混凝土坍落度、泥浆相对密度、导管操作、吊筋焊接以及混凝土初凝时间等方面出发,较为全面地分析了钻孔灌注桩施工过程中钢筋笼产生上浮现象的原因,并提出了针对钢筋笼上浮现象的处理措施和预防对策,可为施工现场浮笼问题的处理提供较为全面的参考意见。

Causes and Preventive Measures of Floating Cage in Bored Pile Construction

In order to ensure the construction quality of reinforcement cage in pile foundation engineering,combined with the application case of pile foundation construction of a residential building in Minhang District of Shanghai,this paper comprehensively analyzes the causes of reinforcement cage floating in the construction process of bored pile from the aspects of concrete slump,relative density of slurry,conduit operation,steel hanger welding and initial setting time of concrete,and puts forward some suggestions which can provide a comprehensive solution to the problem of cage floating.
