设置方钢管连接件的泡沫混凝土轻钢龙骨复合墙体受力性能试验研究

摘    要:为达到节约钢材和满足节能建筑保温要求的双重目的,提出一种设置方钢管连接件的泡沫混凝土轻钢龙骨复合墙体。墙体采用蒙皮板作为永久模板,轻钢龙骨为骨架,现浇不同密度(300、400kg/m3)的泡沫混凝土后成型。分别对采用钢网片蒙皮板的轻钢龙骨蒙皮板复合墙体以及带有方钢管连接件的泡沫混凝土轻钢龙骨复合墙体进行单调加载试验,对带有方钢管连接件的泡沫混凝土轻钢龙骨复合墙体进行低周反复加载试验。研究结果表明:相较于高强度水泥压力板,钢网片作为蒙皮板能够有效提高墙体的受剪承载力和延性;泡沫混凝土能够改善轻钢龙骨蒙皮板复合墙体的延性,并且可以将墙体的受剪承载力提高50%左右;泡沫混凝土密度在300~400kg/m3范围内增大,墙体的受剪承载力与延性均显著提高,承载力退化变慢,耗能能力增强,抗震性能提高。提出了保温和承重双控理念,可根据墙厚和受剪承载力要求选取不同的泡沫混凝土密度。

Abstract:In order to achieve the goal of saving steel and meeting the requirement of self-insulation of energy-saving building, a light steel-framed composite wall with square steel pipe fitting filled with foam concrete was proposed. The wall is filled with foam concrete of two densities (300kg/m3 and 400kg/m3), with the light steel keel as the frame and the skin plate as the permanent template. The monotonic loading test was carried out on the light steel-framed composite wall covered with skin plate using steel mesh skin plate and light steel-framed composite wall with square steel pipe fitting filled with foam concrete and the reversed cyclic loading test was carried out on the light steel-framed composite wall with square steel pipe fitting filled with foam concrete. The results show that compared with high strength cement pressure plate, steel mesh skin plate can effectively improve the shear capacity and ductility of the wall. Foamed concrete can improve the ductility of the light steel-framed composite wall covered with skin plate and the shear capacity of the wall can be increased by about 50%. The density of foam concrete increases in the range of 300-400kg/m3, the shear capacity and ductility of the wall increase significantly, the strength degradation becomes slow, the energy dissipation capacity is enhanced, and the seismic performance is better. Based on the experimental and theoretical research results, the concept of dual control of heat preservation and weight bearing was put forward. Different density of foamed concrete can be selected according to the requirements of wall thickness and shear capacity.
