摘    要:珠海横琴口岸及综合交通枢纽开发工程中的东西门头设计为圆管与方管构成的管桁架,空间结构复杂,铝板幕墙设计为与钢结构桁架刚接。为保证铝板幕墙安装质量,提出了一种铝板幕墙半装配式施工技术,加快了铝板幕墙安装速度,保证了东西门头下方其他专业工程的正常施工。其中,幕墙铝板板块与钢结构桁架之间采用三维可调支座进行协调变形,既保证了铝板完成面的平整度,也保证了施工效率,是铝板幕墙安装的关键工艺。

Abstract:The East-West gate heads of Zhuhai Hengqin port and comprehensive transportation hub development project are designed as pipe truss composed of round pipes and square pipes.The space structure is complex and the aluminum panel curtain wall is designed to be rigidly connected with the steel structure truss.To ensure the installation quality of aluminum panel curtain wall,a semi-fabricated construction technology for the aluminum plate curtain wall is proposed to accelerate the installation speed of aluminum panel curtain wall and ensure the normal construction of other professional projects below the East-West gate heads.3D adjustable supports are used to coordinate the deformation between the aluminum panel curtain wall and the steel structure truss,which not only ensures the flatness of the finished surface of aluminum panel,but also ensures the construction efficiency.It is the key technology for the installation of aluminum panel curtain wall.
