既定工况下的超高层机电设备吊装技术

摘    要:大型机电设备吊装是超高层机电施工的重点工序,在狭小场地、多专业立体施工的超高层工程中更是如此。通过分析马来西亚四季酒店项目在既定工况下的变压器吊装实例,总结了吊装中遇到的问题和解决对策,提出了几点建议和注意事项,可为国外超高层项目的大型设备吊装作业提供参考。

Abstract:Large scale mechanical and electrical equipment hoisting is the key process of super high-rise mechanical and electrical construction,especially in the super high-rise project with narrow site and multi-disciplinary three-dimensional construction.Through the analysis of the transformer hoisting example of Four Seasons Hotel project in Malaysia under the given working conditions,this paper summarizes the problems encountered in the hoisting and solutions,and puts forward several suggestions and precautions,which can provide reference for the large equipment hoisting operation of foreign super high-rise projects.
