摘    要:为提升电气设备运行的稳定性与安全性,研究 SF气体在线净化处理技术.利用状态检测流程采集 SF气体的压力状态,采集结果经由数据传输环节进入后台显示界面,依照历史数据曲线分析当前时刻SF气体仪表状态趋势并实现预警、触发 SF气体净化控制功能.在 SF气体净化处理过程中,将高压液化的 SF液体转换为低压气体后传输至净化处理单元,利用吸附器吸附其中的杂质,然后利用动力单元抽取深冷分离单元冷容器内的尾气,经降温处理后存储于储气罐中,通过低温液泵转移到钢瓶中.在此基础上,采用分离技术,根据气体燃点与沸点的差异优化净化效果.实验结果表明,该技术净化效果符合国家相关标准,且可显著降低电气设备维修的次数与费用.

Abstract:In order to improve the stability and safety of electrical equipment operation , SF6?gas purification technology was studied.The pressure state of SF gas is collected through the state detection process.The collection results enter the background display interface through the datatransmission link.The current status trend of SF gas instrument is analyzed according to the historical data curve , and the function of early warning and triggering SF gas purification control is realized.In the process of SF gas purification treatment , the high-pressure liquefied SF liquid is converted into low-pressure gas and transferred to the purification treatment unit.The impurities are absorbed by the adsorber , and then the tail gas in the cold container of the cryogenic separation unit is extracted by the power unit.After cooling treatment , the tail gas is stored in the gas storage tank and transferred to the cylinder through the cryogenic liquid pump.On this basis , the separation technology is used to optimize the purification effect according to the difference between the gas ignition point and the boiling point.The experimental results show that the purification effect of this technology conforms to the relevant national standards , and can significantly reduce the frequency and cost of electrical equipment maintenance.
