摘    要:通过运用生命周期理论,将住宅碳排放阶段分为建造阶段、使用阶段、维护阶段、拆除阶段。以预制率为36.8%的上海某项目为例,将装配式住宅生命周期碳排放和现浇住宅进行比较。计算结果表明:装配式住宅在建造阶段、拆除阶段的碳排放量明显减少,在使用阶段、维护阶段的碳排放量则和现浇住宅基本相同。

Abstract:By using the life cycle theory,the carbon emission stage of residential building is divided into construction stage,use stage,maintenance stage and demolition stage.Taking a project in Shanghai with a prefabrication rate of 36.8%,the life cycle carbon emissions of prefabricated residential building and cast-in-place residential building are compared.The results show that the carbon emission of prefabricated residential building in the construction stage and demolition stage is significantly reduced,while the carbon emission in the use stage and maintenance stage is basically the same as that of cast-in-place residential building.
