BIM技术在大商业地下室地坪施工中的应用

为解决合肥祥源城四期二工程大商业地下室超大面积地坪施工工期紧张、图纸设计与现场实际施工不匹配等难点,在前期策划阶段运用建筑信息模型(BIM)技术构筑地下室地坪施工模型,进行施工分区流水施工部署及漫游演示,通过净高分析调整地坪厚度与分层,使车位净高达到验收要求,利用三维模型碰撞分析对不同类型排水沟的位置进行深化,并对施工人员针对复杂节点进行清晰明了的BIM信息化技术交底。BIM技术应用,帮助项目克服了地坪施工工期短、质量要求高的诸多困难,确保地下室验收一次通过.避免了不必要的返工及浪费,具有较好的社会效益与经济效益。

Application of BIM Technology in Large Commercial Basement Floor Construction

In order to solve the problems such as the tight construction period and the mismatch between the design drawing and the actual on-site construction of the large commercial basement floor in the second phase of Xiangyuan City Phase IV Project in Hefei,the building information model(BIM)technology was used to build the basement floor construction model in the early planning stage,and the construction division flow construction deployment and roaming demonstration were carried out.The floor thickness and layering were adjusted through the clear height analysis to make the parking space reach the acceptance requirement,the three-dimensional model collision analysis was used to deepen the location of different types of drainage ditch,and the BIM information technology was used to make clear technical explanation to the construction personnel for complex nodes.The application of BIM Technology can help the project overcome many difficulties of tight construction period and high quality requirement,ensure the basement to pass the acceptance at one time,avoid unnecessary rework and waste,and have good social and economic benefits.
