柴油机喷嘴结构优化的数值模拟分析

摘    要:柴油机喷嘴头部细微结构的变化对内部流动有显著的影响,进而影响到喷雾油束雾化性能。利用混合多相流空穴模型对STD(Standard)标准型、VCO(Valve Closed Orifice)无压力室型及IMPROVED改进型的垂直多孔喷嘴内部完全发展了的空穴流动进行了不同针阀升程下的三维数值模拟,通过对比分析得出改进型喷嘴能在低喷油速率下获得相对良好的喷雾性能,综合特性优于STD标准型和VCO无压力室型喷嘴。

Abstract:The changing of detailed structure of diesel nozzle tip greatly affect the flow characteristics in the nozzle hole and the performance of the following breakup of spray.This paper conducts three-dimensional numerical simulation for the cavitation flow fully developed in three types of nozzles,they are the standard(STD),the valve closed orifice(VCO) and the improved nozzle(IMPROVED) of the vertical multi-hole injector under different needle lifts with mixing multi-phase cavitation flow model.The study showed that the IMPROVED nozzle has better spray characteristics at low injection velocity,and the general performance of IMPROVED nozzle is better than that of the STD nozzle and the VCO nozzle.
