超临界CO2从留兰香油中萃取香芹酮

摘    要:用超临界CO2萃取法对留兰香毛油进行了萃取香芹酮的初步研究。工作是在实验室的小型装置上进行的。文中对实验装置和操作条件作了介绍。实验表明:在萃取塔底为50℃、塔顶为85℃,程序升压,使压力从8MPa升至13MPa时,可获得香芹酮质量分数为97%的馏分。

Abstract:Supercritical CO_2 extraction of carvone from spearmint essential oil was carried out in a laboratory mini installation.Experimental results showed that the extracted fraction containing 97% carvone could be obtained by setting the top temperature of extraction tower at 85 ℃ and the bottom temperature at 50 ℃ and rising the pressure gradually from 8 MPa to 11 MPa.The experimental installation and operating conditions were also discussed.
