| 摘 要： | 为制得具有良好导电性的铜-环氧导电涂料,考虑加入了一种复合单烷氧脂肪酸型钛酸酯偶联剂,并对偶联剂的用量及其在涂料中的作用进行了研究.结果表明,偶联剂的最佳用量为1.0%～3.5%,在涂料中起到了良好的润湿、分散及防氧化作用,因而制得的涂料具有良好的导电性和导电稳定性.

| Abstract: | To produce good conductive copper-epoxy paint,a new kind of coupling agent of organic titanate is added,and it's using and effect is studied.The result shows that the best using is 1.0%~3.5%,suitable coupling agent of organic titanate in copper-epoxy conductive paint has exellent dispersion,soak and antixidation effects.The paints have good conductivity and stability. |
