多层建筑顶部轻钢加层柱脚节点的设计与构造

摘    要:为有利于加层结构抗震,保证结构整体性,新旧结构的连接(即柱脚节点)能否达到设计要求是轻钢加层工程成败的关键。本文分析了原结构为砖混结构及钢筋混凝土框架结构的轻钢加层的柱脚节点做法,提出铰接柱脚及刚接柱脚锚栓的锚固方式,并指出新旧混凝土的粘结界面处理和植筋技术将影响柱脚节点的承载能力和耐久性。

Abstract:To facilitate the seismic performance of adding structure and guarantee the interality of structure, the connection between adding structure and original structure (column base joint) is the key to the project of adding story. The paper analyses the configuration of column base joint of lightweight steel adding story when the original structure is masonry structure and concrete frame structure, and the anchorage of hinged column base and rigid counterpart are also suggested,and points out that how to deal with the adhesive interface between new and original concrete and the performance of the steel reinforcement will be sure to influence the capacity and duration of column base.
