| 摘 要： | 以保证被切齿轮的齿根过渡曲线与磨后渐开线光滑连接为目标,提出了一种新的磨前滚刀齿形设计方法——减材料法。仿真验算证明,利用该方法可很好地解决上述曲线光滑连接问题。

| Abstract: | To realize the smooth connecting of the root fillet curve of cut gear with after-grinding involute profile of the gear, the material subtracting method as a new design method for the teeth profile of pre-grinding gear hob is presented. The simulation results show that the problem about the smooth connecting of these curves can be solved well with the new method. |
