利用甲醇弛放气与合成氨转化气组分性质相似的特点,将甲醇弛放气引至合成氨装置高温变换炉前并网,以提高合成氨负荷,降低吨氨消耗。从理论上分析了实施方案的可行性及对合成氨装置的影响。

Analysis of Scheme for Raising Ammonia Production Load by Utilization of Methanol Purge Gas

By the utilization of the similarity in composition property of methanol purge gas and ammonia reformed gas,the methanol purge gas is introduced into the ammonia unit and combined before the high-temperature shift converter,so as to raise the ammonia load and reduce the consumption per ton of ammonia. A theoretical analysis is made of the feasibility of implementation of the scheme and the effect on the ammonia unit.
