HL-2A装置欧姆电源的全关断检测

摘    要:为准确判断HL-2A装置欧姆电源过零时刻,介绍了一种实现欧姆逻辑无环流运行的电流过零检测方案———晶闸管整流器全关断检测,即用检测晶闸管管压降的方法判断整流器是否关断。理论分析证明该检测方案可行,并研发了相应的全关断检测电路。综合判断了实验中全关断信号与软、硬件检测2种信号,从而准确可靠地实现欧姆的逻辑无环流运行。

Abstract:The functions of Ohmic(OH) coils in HL-2A experiments are ionizing the gas,establishing and heating the plasma current.So the power supply of the ohmic coil called OH power supply is very important.With the advancement of experiment and the improvement of the experimental parameters on HL-2A device,the OH power supply should be worked without circulating current mode.It is key to detect the time correctly when the current passes zero.In order to detect the time correctly,all-turnoff detection of the thyristor convert which is one of the detections of OH power supply has been presented in this paper.It judges whether the current passes zero or not by detecting the voltage of the thyristor.If the voltage of the thyristor is low,the current doesn't pass zero,otherwise it passes zero.It is proved that this detection mode is safe and doable by theoretical analysis.One circuit of all-turnoff detection has been constructed.With synthesizing the all-turnoff signal and the other two signals(soft detection and hardware detection),the OH power supply system works successfully without circulating current mode.
