摘    要:表面修饰是工业生产和科研过程中对涤纶(PET)纤维改性的主要手段。纳米微晶纤维素在Lewis酸和交联剂2D树脂存在的条件下,接枝到PET纤维表面以改变织物性能,并通过TGA、TEM和FE-SEM对纳米微晶纤维素接枝PET纤维织物进行了表征。

Abstract:Poly(ethylene tetraphlate)(PET) fiber is extensively used in industrial applications,because of it’s excellent wash-and-wear property,heat stability,high tenacity and modulus,chemical resistance and resistance to wrinkling.However,the chemical structure of PET has high crystallinity and lacks of polar groups,such as-COOH and-OH,results in the presence of a low surface free energy and hydrophobicity.It’ antistaticability,moisture absorption,air permeability and physical comfort are lower than cotton fiber.Surface modification of PET centered around the existing melt-spun technology is an available approach to improve these properties.In this study,a novel function-material: nano-microcrystalline cellulose(NCC),with many an actively naked hydroxyl groups on the surface,dispersed homogeneously in aqueous solution through ultrasonic.Superficial groups reacted with carboxyl groups on the surface of PET treated by alkali etching,in the presence of 2D resin cross-linker and lewis acid catalyst,to form PET fiber-NCC composite.Field-emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM) with low scanning power,and thermogravimetic analysis(TGA) were employed to study the topography and thermal properties of the composite,respectively.It was confirmed by the observation of FE-SEM that the surface of PET fibers was covered by NCC particles.In addition,the TGA examination indicated that there was approximate 3.4% weight loss over the range of 150~250℃,which accords with the decomposition temperature zone of virgin NCC.
