| Abstract: | In this experiment, Ginseng fruit and hawthorn juice are used as raw material. The main purpose is to research the processing technology of the mixture health drink ,by way of orthogonal test,combine physics and chemistry analysis,microorganism examines and sense target to decide the best technological condition on mixture. |
