| 摘 要： | 针对高速铣削时常用到的立铣刀建立了铣削力的数学模型，从金属切削理论角度出发，分析了高速铣削过程中影响铣削力的各因素，对铣削力及其X、Y、Z三方向分力进行理论计算，通过理论铣削力公式预测在高速切削时，切削力随切削速度的变化规律。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a mathematical model for vertical milling cutter used in high-speed milling is established. Using the model, the various factors effecting the milling force are analysed, the milling force and the threc-demission component of the forces are calculated theoretically. Using the formula of milling force, the change of the milling force with the change of the cutting speed at the high-speed cutting is predetermined: |
