超声相控阵技术在电力工业无损检测中的应用

摘    要:分析了超声相控阵的原理及相控阵探头的类别,介绍了超声相控阵技术在电力工业设备焊缝和锻件检测中的应用。超声相控阵检测技术较常规超声波检测具有高速、高效、适合复杂工件以及能实时成像等优点,在电力工业无损检测领域具有良好的应用发展前景。

Abstract:The principle of ultrasonic phased array and the classification of phased array probes are analyzed, and the application of ultrasonic phascd array technique to the weld joint and forging inspection for power equipment is described. As compared with convcntional ultrasonic testing, the ultrasonic phased array testing technique has the advantages of being fast and efficient, fit for complicated structural parts and capable of real-time imaging, etc. ; therefore it is promising in the nondestructive testing field of power industry.
