Abstract:The micro-arc oxidation(MAO) coatings were prepared on TC11 titanium alloy in the Na2SiO3-Na2WO4-NaOH electrolytes.The micro-structure,thickness and phase component of MAO coatings were anlyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray energy dispersive spectrum(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The physical chemistry properties were studied by HVS-1000 micro Vicker,MFT-4000 Scratch Tester and electrochemical method.The results show that MAO coating is composed of the two layer structure with surfac...
