摘    要:以无水氯化镉和硫化钠为原料,微晶纤维素MCC为模板,采用声化学法成功制备MCC/CdS纳米复合材料.用原子力显微镜(AFM),X射线衍射(XRD),荧光光谱(PL)以及光电化学实验对复合材料的结构及性能进行表征.研究表明,粒径为30-70nm的CdS粒子均匀分布于微晶纤维素表面,所得CdS粒子为立方型晶体.PL光谱分析...
