双通道100MSa/s数据采集PXI模块的设计

摘    要:采用高性价比A/D转换器、大容量FPGA、PCI9052等器件设计高速数据采集系统.结合PXI总线规范,介绍系统的软硬件结构,并对带宽问题、接口问题提出较好的解决方案.该系统可实现8位分辨率的双通道100MSa/s的数据采集,模块体积小巧、价格低廉可广泛应用于各种数据采集.

Abstract:Using high feature and low cost devices such as ADC, high speed and capacity FPGA, PCI9052, a high-speed data acquisition system is designed. According to the PXI specification, system software and hardware architecture are introduced and good ways to resolve problems on bandwidth and interface are also offered. This system can realize 8bit resolution two-channel 100MSa/s data acquisitions. The module has small size and low price. It can be widely applied in data acquisition.
