宝钢3号高炉高煤比条件下快速复风操作实践

摘    要:宝钢3号高炉实现高煤比操作后焦比大幅度降低,给休风后炉况的恢复带来了一些困难,主要是炉热不足、恢复时间长。为了确保高煤比条件下炉况快速安全恢复,对快速复风操作的可行性进行了探索和实践,取得了一定效果,由高煤比带来的复风困难问题从根本上得到解决,恢复时间明显缩短,复风过程炉热充沛,铁水质量和产量显著提高。

Abstract:The great decrease of coke ratio of No.3 blast furnace in Baosteel operating at high coal ratio brings difficulties in restoring uperation status of blast furnace after blow-off, for instance insufficient furnace heat and long restoring period. In order to let the furnace operation status'restore rapidly and safely at high coal ratio, some feasible exploration and practices are taken to rapid reblowing operation and some progress has been made. As a result, the problems brought by high coal ratio are solved substantially, the restoring period becomes short, furnace heat is enough during reblowing, the hot metal quality and output increase considerably.
