MTP2研究及实现

MTP2是No.7信令的链路层协议,它在2个邻接的信令点之间建立信令链路,保证高层信令消息的可靠传送。首先介绍了No.7信令的各种信号单元,明确了MTP2协议要处理的信号单元;然后对MTP2协议的各种功能结构进行了研究分析。在实现上,由于不同的硬件平台对MTP2协议支持的程度不同,提出了3种不同的MTP2实现方法。并从软硬件分工、CPU占用率、实现复杂度和多信令链路支持等方面对不同实现方法进行了分析对比。

Research and Development of MTP2

MTP2 is the link layer protocol of No.7 signaling,which sets up signaling link between two neighbor signal points to guarantee reliable transfer of high layer signaling messages.In this paper,the signal units of No.7 signaling are first introduced and the signal units to be processed in MTP2 protocol are pointed out.Then the function architectures of MTP2 protocol are studied and analyzed.From the point of development view,three different schemes of MTP2 protocol on different hardware platforms are put forward.These implementation methods are compared on such aspects as the interface between software and hardware parts,CPU occupancy,complexity of implementation and multi-signaling link.
