摘    要:从增强环氧树脂与石油沥青的相容性、改善环氧沥青混合料的适用性和提高环氧沥青的性能3个方面综述了热固性环氧沥青材料的制备方法和改进工艺的研究进展。主要包括马来酸酐改性沥青提高沥青与环氧树脂的相容性;选择与沥青相容性好的固化剂提高环氧-固化剂体系与沥青的相容性;加入增容剂来提高沥青与环氧树脂的相容性。通过选择脂肪羧酸类固化剂并采取加入叔胺或者季铵盐类促进剂的方法调整环氧沥青混合料的固化时间。开发长链低黏度脂肪族羧酸(酐)类固化剂,能够改进环氧沥青材料的综合性能。

Abstract:Advance in preparation and modification methods of thermosetting epoxy asphalt materials,including increasing the compatibility of epoxy resin and asphalt,improving the applicability of epoxy asphalt composites and enhancing the properties of epoxy asphalt was summerized.The compatibility of epoxy resin and asphalt could be improved by using maleic anhydride modified asphalt or chosing the curing agents with good compatibility to asphalt or adding compatibilizer.The curing time of epoxy asphalt blends could be adjusted by adding fatty acid curing agents and tertiary amine or quaternary ammonium salt as accelerants to the epoxy asphalt composites.The long chain fatty acids or anhydrides with low viscosity could improve the comprehensive properties of epoxy asphalt.
