摘    要:关于湿式多片制动器摩擦表面温度分布的学说很不统一。本文对金属型摩擦材料湿式多片制动器表面温度进行测量。采用2片互相贴合的薄钢片代替一片厚的钢片,5个微型热电阻贴在其中一个钢片的非摩擦表面上,用来测量摩擦过程中的温度变化。计算机数据采集系统记录了温度信号并作图表示。实验结果表明,在实验条件下,金属型摩擦材料表面温度分布不均匀,局部接触点温度明显高于其他区域。随着表面压力的增大,接触区域温度逐渐均匀分布。

Abstract:The theory sciences of the friction temperature distribution in wet multidisc brake are very different between each other A system for measuring the friction surface temperature in wet multi-disc brake with metal friction material is developed in the paper. Two thin steel plates are used back-to- back rather than a thick separator plate, with five minuature thermistors pasted on the inner surface of one of them. The computer in the system records the temperature signals and processes them into pictures representing temperature distributions. The experimental results show that under the condition, the friction temperature on the metal friction material surface is very non-homogeneous, the temperature of some local contact Point is obviously higher than that of other areas. With pressure increasing step by step, the temperature distribution become uniform.
