六缸曲轴动平衡理论的研究

摘    要:根据旋转刚体双面平衡原理和一般六缸曲轴常用的动平衡方法,对六缸曲轴动平衡问题进行了理论分析,并建立了一种实用的去重模型。经过实验,证明该方法正确可行,且去重效果理想。

Abstract:According to the two-plane balancing theory of rigid rotor and the general dynamic balance principle of six cylinders crankshaft, the dynamic balancing problem of six cylinders crankshaft has been theoretically analyzed and establish a practical model for ridding unbalance. The method introduced in this article has been validated though experiment and illustrated working fine by experiment data.
